Blossom SureStart is a project that provides a range of support services to families with pre-school children. It is about improving existing services and about developing new services.

Services are available to ALL FAMILIES who have at least ONE CHILD aged 0-4 years who has not yet started primary school and who live in the following areas of PORTADOWN:

and the adjoining streets and housing development within these areas.
