Two teams of specialist workers, managed by a Senior Social Worker, provide counselling, support and rehabilitative services to people who have a visual impairment and those who are deaf or hard of hearing. Services also include assessment for environmental equipment and communication support.

The Support Team for People with Visual Impairment consists of 1 social worker, 2 Rehabilitation Workers, 1 Day Care Worker and a Blind Centre N. Ireland Field Officer.

The Support Team for People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing consists of 3 social workers, 1 environment equipment officer, 1 day care worker and a RNID Information and Training Officer.
