Dementia Services |
Memory Service
If you or the person you care for experience memory problems or have
been diagnosed with a Dementia illness, the following services are
offered by Specialist Nursing Staff, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Speech & Language Therapists in partnership with the Consultant Psychiatrist for Old Age.
- Specialist Diagnosis.
- Assessment of client and carer needs.
- Information and Carer Training Courses.
- Counselling and support.
- Specialist Residential/Nursing Care.
- Inpatient services are provided in Villa III assessment unit in St Luke’s Hospital Armagh for investigation, assessment and/or treatment/management.
- Specialist Day Care Service.
Your General Practitioner is often your first contact and can make a
referral on your behalf or you can make a referral directly to the
