Lisanally Resource CentreIntroductionThe Day Centre opens five days a week, Monday to Friday, from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm. The Centre provides 25 places every day apart from Friday when the Centre accommodates 10 places for E.M.I. clients. How do you get referred?Clients are referred to Lisanally Resource Centre by either the Social Worker or Care Manager responsible for their package of care in the community. At the CentreThe Centre will complete an assessment of the clients needs, including for example social history, illnesses or disabilities, hobbies, interests, likes and dislikes, so that the client can be provided with the best service to meet their needs. When the assessment is complete, the Centre will devise an individual programme of care for the client. The Centre values input from the client and their carer to achieve this.
