Dungannon Breastfeeding Support Group
09/04/2014Dungannon Breastfeeding Support Group, in partnership with Dungannon Sure Start, continues to meet every Monday from 11am-12.30pm in the Craft Room at Thomas Street Clinic in the town.
Breastfeeding support groups offer invaluable support to mothers who are breast feeding their babies or who are planning to breastfeed. The Dungannon Group is open to breastfeeding mums, mums-to-be and toddlers who will be made very welcome.
Many new mothers are apprehensive about the prospect of breastfeeding but with the help and support of their local midwife, health visitor and specially trained breastfeeding counsellors any concerns they have can easily be overcome.
For further information contact Sandra Hewitt, Community Midwifery Sister and Lead Breastfeeding Co-ordinator at the Southern Health and Social Care Trust, by email : firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 028 3861 2035.
