Customer Service Training for Children’s Services Staff

Children’s and Young People’s Services staff from the Southern Health and Social Care Trust have been developing their customer services skills.
The course, developed in conjunction with the Southern Regional College, was designed for team leaders and those planning on taking leadership roles. It included customer service delivery, organising team development and supervising staff.
Paul Morgan, Director of Children and Young People’s Services for the Southern Trust, said: “The Changing for Children ethos promotes the continued development of services to be child and family centred. Staff in the Southern Trust are dedicated to providing high quality services for all children and young people and are always open to finding new ways of working to the benefit families. I would like to congratulate all of the staff who completed this course and pay tribute to their commitment to improving the patient and client experience.”
